How can i compile the source file that we can download from http://dl.metrix.net/support/dist/kernel/linux-2.6.19.2-pyramid.tgz into an image file like http://dl.metrix.net/support/dist/pyramid-1.0b5.img.gz? Any there any sources such as madwifi sources that are needed to make the complete image file?
