I'm new to embedded linux (though I have SOME linux experience). I have a soekris net 4826 board, a soekris vpn1411, and an atheros mini-pci card (wistron CM9). I have installed pyramid using a crossover cable and a null modem cable (as per the instructions here: http://pyramid.metrix.net/trac/wiki/InstallingPyramid/PxeBootLiveCD). As far as I can tell, the install went through alright, but there was a message that gave me the impression that the wireless card wasn't installed. The instructions for installing pyramid on the board were great, and I got it on without any problems, but I now have no idea what to do next. How do I make sure the card is installed and working? How can I set it up as an AP? How does the vpn1411 work, and how can I tell if it's working? I know these are big questions, but any help given will be greatly appreciated, even if it's just pointing me in the right direction. I've never built my own AP before, and I enjoy projects like this, but I have been as yet unable to find any comprehensive documentation on pyramid. I understand that this is specialized hardware and software, and not for beginners. I know enough about linux to be able to follow directions and not screw anything up, but without knowing what I'm looking for or what to do next, I'm stuck.
